Please help up back up out licences before it is too late.

UFS team or any user that knows how, please help us users that still use this box to back up the exiting licence on our computers. The server comes online very scarcely, maybe once every 2 months, which is very admirable considering the support has stopped, but at some point the server will not come on at all. Does anybody know where the validation is stored on the computer? I suspect it is tied to the hard drive serial number because I made a dump of my hard drive on an SSD and even though it was a carbon copy of my system, the licence was not valid on the SSD, even with the .REG backup applied. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
