The only way , at the moment, is to buy setool standalone version.

I REALLY HAVE GREAT PROBLEM. I HAVE ORIJINAL UFS3 AND ACCESS TO DOWNLOAD AREA. BUT I LIVE BIG PROBLEM OF FINDING TURKISH FLASH ON SUPPORT ARE. OF COURSE THERE IS MANY FLASH FILES BUT WHAT IS FOR TURKISH LANG. SHOULD I DOWNLOAD ALL AND TEST THEM. CAN YOU GUES HAW MUCH TIME I NEED FOR THAT. COULD YOU PLEASE INFORM US WHAT TYPE OF FLASH HAS TURKISH LANG FOR ALL MODELS. WE REALLY LOOSE MONEY BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE CORECT FLASH FILE. HOPE YOU WILL INTEREST IN OUR PROBLEM AND SOLVE. I tried to update a Nokia 3200 with the version 3.1i but onkly get the following:

I have just changed UEM and when I flash N6100 and I see:
