I'm using fresh formated hdd and installed windows, firefox 3
Setup HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000 from http://sarunasoftware.com/supportlogin.html
After pressing 'Support Site' there is error about
"You are not using the latest version of HWK Suite Software. Please download latest HWK Suite."
"Communication between your PC and server was corrupted or incomplete on some reason. Please try to relogin."

PLEASE HELP!!!

I’ve problem with my ufs3, because I’ve tried to changed the string of usb ftdi product id default is 5508 to 6001, my box detected as ufs2 but it also cant macth with usb file driver on C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver with UFS2XXUN.ini or UFS2XX.inf and onther filess from FTDI and it not detection also by mprog cause state on screen

Number Of Programmed Devices = 0
how to solve this problem?? i

I got this error massage when I connect 5310xp with my hwk ufs micro box.I use this cable http://img193.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc00553.jpg this is odeon 9in1 universal fbus cable , I ask guy from whom I have bought cable and he said that jaf and ufs boxes have same pinouts and this cable will do.If is cable ok why i get this massage?
