I'M ANEW USER OF THE UFS3 TORNADO BOX ,AND I INSTALL THE OLD VERSION OF THE SUIT NUMBER 2.000 AND WHEN I INSTALL THE NEWEST VERSION NUMBER 2.9 OF THE SUPPORT SUIT GIVE ME THE ERROR CODE 0010.
PLEAS I'M STUPID USER.
DON'T LEAVE ME ALON IN THIS PROBLEM ,HELP ME AS YOU CAN.

your hwk maybe damaged, check inside box is properly installed, if yes probably damaged

problem with only hwk
