1600 erasing problem - GSM-Forum

i got one 1600 v5.03 to unlock but it always show me not allowed
i try to downgrade but phone now is dead

as i saw in forum i need to downgrade it but before i need to erase
i need erase address or erase file

the flash chip is detected as sam no name?
if so try to update ur fia files
