how to convert 64 CNT to 128 - GSM-Forum

I have problem whit new 3220
I can flash CNT becouse file system in this new nokia is 128 but files for flash are 64

info from nokia site

- There is a small risk that re-flashing hardware with the new
128Kpage Combo memory, can result in a missing midlet in some
variants. This risk is eliminated in next Phoenix service SW. In the
meantime, this risk can only be completely eliminated, by upgrading
with emergency patch Phoenix release 2005.36.11.116. This
emergency patch release can be found from NOL (RH-37 / software). The
emergency patch release will be removed from NOL as soon as next
Phoenix service SW release is available.

and my qeustion is how to conwert this files for 128 ??
