Upgrade from UFS2 to UFS3. My retailer won´t do it - GSM-Forum

I need help on how to update my original Tornado flasher. I have contacted several times my reseller.... but he just doesn´t answer me or doesn´t have any information to do it....

Who should I contact with and how should I do it?

you must should know where you buy from..

when do you purchase your box...

It´s supposed to be authorized dealer of the official reseller for Spain....

My box was bought the second week of March. Do you need my serial number?

It is original... but now I have no support.
