Since last 3 years www.ufsxsupport.com gave free support, even after Ufs been cracked, the support site was still On.
We wanted to continue the free support for as long as we could, but after due considerations - the cost for huge traffic, dedicated server, man power invested ,etc we had 2 options:
- Close the server
- To charge a small fee for the support site to continue.
Ufsxsupport Team decided to contiune the support site.
All existing logins older than 9 months will be suspended and can be renewed for a small fee of 20$ for futher 9 months.

Each one of you must agree the ufs box paid minimum 10x more than what you had invested, if not, this box is not for you.
Do you think 20$ for the access is too much, Think again.
There will be few, who wouldnt want to invest in this 20$, but for those who agree can get your logins reactivated from Official Reseller/Distrubutor or Ufsxsupport Team([email protected])

PLEASE BE INFORMED - THIS 20$ FOR 9MONTHS IS FOR FIRWWARES, SERVICE MANUALS, ETC ON UFSXSUPPORT.COM
THE SOFTWARE UPDATE WILL BE FREE FROM SARAS, TILL THE TIME HE DECIDES TO CONTINUE THIS PROJECT.

will u giv us bb5 unlock if any other device will give ???
will u giv us samsung unlocking like ust pro and ns dongle???
will u giv us sony ericson cid 49 unlocking and upcoming phones unlocking???
ur support in past was good but not was best
many ppl buy hwk for lg samsung and sony ericson when there were SE Tool
and crusier was availible in martket too
look where r those devices now and where r u ???
there r many users who even did not complete their 1 yr wht about them?

sorry to say but this is way of more money or u going to sale another product

not really.
i'm using this box maybe one time per month.
i'ts hobby.
i've bought this only for support.
now i was cheated - just 7 month with support and thats all???
this is not what i've paid for.
i've bought my box from official resseler.
nobody told me that in future i need to paid for support & as i told at the beginning of that post i've bought this box espacialy for support.

so do you think i'ts fair??
do you think that all people who paid for that box, are doing in gsm buisness???

There are 2 things:
- Ufs updates from SARAS
- Firmwares, service manual, etc from www.ufsxsupport.com

Even if you dont pay 20$ , the updates from saras will be free till the time he decides not to.
This 20$ you will be paying for Firmwares, etc on ufsxsupport.com and not for updates from Saras.

Secondly, i think you have an expensive hobby, better try stamp collection, coins collections, etc instead of firmware collections...
Thirdly, all resellers/distrubutors were informed about it before this started( 9 months back).

That is already been taken care of, as an when there will be an update from SARAS, users will get a link to download the suite.

and did anyone told us that support is limited ???
they should tell every one b4 now u looked at other devices and copying
why the hell u puted bb5 flashing when u r not thinking to giv its unlocking?
one day ppls will get bb5 unlocking in 200 or 300 dollars so dont mention millions
they r offering millions cuz there is no sulotion yet.

If flash files will be uploaded regularly and support will be normal then i don't think 20 is a money
But there wasn't samsung files for the latest models on server.What about after paying 20usd?!?

We can assure you firmwares,etc will be regularly updated and for phones/models which are supported by UFS-Tornado.
