i dont have hwk i only have ufs-3 tornado but i need the suite as had to reformat computer now i havent got it or get it as i have to pay thats not fair as i bought it as it says FREE support now im stuck with box and leads that dont work as i havent got the suite

Well, life's a bitch, aint' it? However, there's always Search available, and always someone who can upload the SW for you. Here is one link: http://rapidshare.com/files/60132429...v03.03.000.exe - this is the latest version that works without HWK. Doesn't do some things the HWK version can do, but... it's the best option short of buying HWK or another box (I'd prefer the latter), so enjoy!

Hello Dear.
Can someone send me PM at my Email ID , How to install UFS micro with HWK.
When I install that box it give me Error.
1- Install client support
2- update client HWK
3- Install Suite.
At installing of suit it giv error.

Same problem for me. After 15% update, it shows "Connecting to update server..." then closed.
Authentication stage error: Server reported error: No more upgrade logs. Please contact your reseller!
