infi only support Unlock user code, but my phone lock network :confused:

follow the instructions from software
power off phone and plug cable to phone and press power button
if ur cable is ok phone will not power up now plug cable to pc
and keep press the power button during the whole process
and also use the latest version of software from this link

i used vk4000 cable original of infinity, it's ok for this software ?

when u will start software u will find the pinout in this software
and read my instrucitons which i write in my post
when u will plug cable to mobile only and will press the power button phone will not power on its mean ur cable is ok
i think u need to modify the cable
see the software for more instructions
