Connect the extra wire to the +ve terminal of the output from the external power. This will be your testpoint wire. 3.Solder the four wires as shown in the attached image. All 4 including the wire for testpoint. 4.Connect the output wires from the ext. supply to the phone battery terminals as shown in the picture. 5. Start flash software and load the flash file. 6.Then click the "start" button of the flash software. 7. Put on the ext. pwr supply when you see "power on" from software - for ignition Every time i have this mesage:"Waiting for RAM program ACK.”. I try 2 different cables,2 PCs and win98 and winXP but nothing!! Any ideas? I use testpoint! That mesage shows after testpoint! The version is : 7s-2150-FR00-0R 1C-02.11.07-Nb-n Thanks |

As soons as i Put on the ext. pwr supply when i see "power on" from software - for ignition it says "sending ram program" and after nothing !!! Then it says "Waiting for RAM program ACK". I tried hold and press the power button but it's the same thing. |
Check the external power !!!!! |
external power must be more then 3v try 5v if not work try 9v br |
I tried 3V 5V and 9V but always the same thing. yesterday only one time it flashed but it stopped at 604 instead of 864 and after nothing. Now it doesn't power on. I used Win XP when it stopped and after i used 98 but il is similar. Nothing to do. Always the same message "Waiting for ram program ACK". Thanks for your help |
try this : connect well you mobile 1- use win 98 2- lauch the soft and then choose the flash file / 57600 baud rate 3 -click on start 4- When soft says Powaer On/Reset target, plug on external power process will be long. be sure that the battery is full charged after flash desolder all connection and let your phone during 10 mn, then assemble phone and try to power it on if default power on button dont work try call button do it until phone power on. tested by me 100% good luck |
Now the program says "Waiting man ID and device ID" I d'ont understand when you speak about the battery must be full charged. when i connect my mobile I don't use the battery. I connect the testpoint and my mobile together with the ext pwr supply in same time do i must to separate the power supply for both ? thanks |
I tested with this manner : 1- Solder TX, RX and GND from interface (Box) to phone 2- Make connection between battery + et - and the battery connector on phone 3- Solder external power 5+ v on tespoint (on phone) 4- make External power GND and Battery GND together 5- Launch flasher and whern ask for power on plug on external power |
I have always the same message " Waiting for ram program ACK" and when i remove GND BOX to phone I have an other message "Waiting for Man ID and Device ID" I don't understand ! yet I respected the procedure perfectly. |
use win98, otherwise not seem to work |
I used 98 but always the same message :( do i connect from Gnd cable to phone ? when i disconect it, it says an other message "waiting for Man ID and Device ID" during a long time and after nothing. |
So, what I did: 1) I soldered RX, TX, GND & 5V to the according test points with a thin wire 2) Reassembled the phone & put on battery 3) Read full flash (8Mb) 4) At the very end of the flash file, at offset 7FE008 there was the unlock code in plain text; so I typed it to the phone and it was free. |
What could be wrong if the phone starts up normally when puting power to testpoint and phone power supply? RX, TX, GND on datacable and 5V to testpoint and powersuply of phone in stead of battery. When I put power to 5V points; the phone turns on and there's no response of the soft; keeps asking for "power n the phone". GND on other places indicated before in the thread didn't change a thing. someone any ideas? |
i use vygis soft is better and easy to unlock toshiba hehe!! |
