Does anybody know what type of phone this is and whether it can be unlocked?

I have one same model Ministry of sound at the back it is written Amoi Mos-1

the phone is amoisonic ,its made in china , anyone got solution on how and where to unlock this 3g phone, pls pm me or post the solution for members
