MAXON 6869
After unlocking by eeprom phone say:
SIM LOCKED
SECURITY BLOCKED
Please help.

try:

370h to 37Fh --> put FF
380h to 381h --> put 00
382h to 39Fh --> put FF

Then turn on the phone and press *#9960# (SET CONTRAST)
Use arrows (up) and (right) to set the contrast.
