New "sofware release" - GSM-Forum

Few days ago Mihai Antohe (VirtualM) make software for all Bosch phone...Yesterday...one "programator" named "NEO and Dan Constantinescu" make the same software...Question was how? Simple...Just steal idea from VirtualM.
Nothing important by now...Now "NEO and Constantinescu" and other people start to sell this software like as it was made buy him...Man, in this word exist copyright...One person work hard to make this software..and other person sell it...Isn't right...But no prob...people if you buy software made by "Neo and Constantinescu" or other software what isn't sell by Mihai himself you'll have a little prob: prog don't unlock Bosch with permanent lock or which was enter one or more rong code...
For a *** version of this software as VirtualM personal..The full version is ver 2.0.

How can this be stopped? may be in furture
good guys like ZULEA/VIRTUALM/SERB HACKER
should encryprt time limit when giving s/w
to friends!at leat you then know who you is making money from hard peoples work!
i think good way wood be we should have some sort of chat room like mirc!
most of us have been around for some time know! so why dont we set some thing up like
chat room! all the new commers on this group
make money from all other hard work!
I think we should support all the good guys what produce all the good s/w? wold you not agree?We are know comming to the end of the string its getting harder out there for the programmers and for us!!!!
so lets come up with an idea untill its to late!!
And i think we should make more use of icq!why? because people like nokia ericsson
will not know the latest hack of phones so they can not change protection easily!
Final comment: i am willing to support people like virtual zulea serbian so why dont we all!!!!

Yes!

The softwares by VirtualM, Zulea and
Serbian Hacker always working 100%.
If anyone need a soft, from these mans
buy it with rest, or exchange with other people, they will be goods!

And the other man's software?
Will be working or don't working.

MODCHIPS you are right. but are YOU programer?I never see your programs exist on the net : ) how can you support them? I think writing programs just a hobby,after complete the program ,sell or share with friends just up to programer themself.your coments just want the unlocking become to a small society.it's selfish idea!ofcourse we must respect the programers right.but how to protect that? there are many grey area,we can't against spread on the cyber society.after you sendthe program to another with protection somebody also will find another way to crack it..that thing will never end,everyone know that. if you still want to write a program to earn the money I think you know what will be happen, right?Many programer just write programs for free bcoz that's their hobby,but also some one just want to make profit. they sell in the high price ,that's why someone want to get it for free,the programer already know that fact.you want get something you must pay it.it's within their expectation! .pls forgive my poor english ,hope you know what I said.

I think, software piracy will live forever.
If you want to give soft freely or exchange it - it's normal.
But i know some people, who tries to sell programms, witch made by alother people like zulea, etc for money. They are ****ing bastards! I think only author can sell progs for money, but exchange of free distribution is normal.
More bad people is the people writing fake software, visual software modifications (remember raluka's etc) and software remarkers. Yesterday i saw teko's GD90 unlocker v2.01. Yes, it's working, but in real it's only a "GUI" for old DOS GD90 unlocker v 00.7. Look for pepe.exe in teko's unlocker v2.01 install directory. I think it's very bad situation, produced by exchangers activity.

i am responding to your comments you have made. Ok fair point in way. but let me ask you question how long have you been on this gsm board??? ok i have been around 6 years
the point i am making is that people on this board collect s/w and sell what others have produced!! DO you think they are happy peolpe
selling their s/w with out them getting any money for it?? i dont think so some how!!
My thought may be selfish but its life sorry

Do you remember the great work what hcellular
and rafel produced?? crked most of the emma stuff!!
why is it you guys dont see these names on the board any more?? or have you heard of these guys ?think about it!

Only one idea here..For people can be
interesting soft by not faumos programmers
only if price lower , all people know that
zulea,vrtualm.. 100% working , but another
problem smb made software by thats programmer
example 5110 5.24 unlocker by VirtualM -Fake
