i think it is the only solution for now for Bird S199, S198, S699, S799 unlocking / repairing
But u need to send phones for unlocking, cannot do it remotely.

Tecno is a almost china phone, whats CPU it is?

just try with infinity, or though its MTK Cpu just format it with mtk crack.

may ur problem is solv.
