1) How do I find out the bootloader in my phone?
2) How to change bootloader?
3) Files to convert bootloader?
4) anyother info would be very greatful.

I everybody, thanx very much for you all helpful information. But I still have a question. When I go to the task manager in my windows xp, I cant see any proggy wcescomm, even not any like the same name, any advice?

Hi
I just got this SPV phone from a friend, it doesnt seem locked even though its from orange cos the service light blinks when there is any sim in it.
The problem is most of the progams in the phone are not working, I usally get an error mesage like this "replog.exe not found" when i try to access anything, I think there is a problem with the software, does any1 know what I should do.

Even that function doesnt work gives me same error "can't find 'settings'(or one of its components).Make sure path filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."
Same erro for all functions

i make i steps and my phone in the 3colors now and conected to the pc with serial cable using com1 with XDA cable

when i open the task manager i can't see wcescomm and when i open the program say for me eerorr virgin that phone in bootloader mode

any body help me plz

XDA cable will not work, you have to use SPV cable !!!

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to unlock mine because what I have here is
bootloader v1.09? The above solution works only for the lower versions.

Please advise.
