Problem with Flash DCT-3 / 3310

Hello,

I flashed a Nokia 3310 with the Twister and DCTx-Tools 1.2n .
But after Flashing it would come this Error Message:

M-BUS ERROR: 1F 00 10 40 00 04 00 01 64 03 01 2C BAD MOB ACK

What is this ? And what can I do to solve the Problem ?

Thank You For Help

1.2n is allready in Twistersuite 1.16 included. I think it is a cable problem. Also check that the flashing speed is set on NORMAL, not on FAST.

This problem is related to long extension cable only.

Extension cable -> Cable which connect box-> plastic adaptor->phone cable.
There is known problem with this plastic adaptor, and, ofcourse that is much better to use shorter cables to get better MBUS comunication.

This extension was done by Saras, he is using same cable same extension and have no problem with any mbus comunication. Thank you legjia for blaming saras again, seems you have nothing else to do.

maybe the extention was done by saras...but it was your ideea and u forced him to make this half working adaptor
don't forget to remember your *******rs that this "adaptor" was needed so that u can use same set of cables for selling twister, griffin and prodigy clone.
in this way you cut your production costs at the expense of your coustumers trust.

i suggest u anytime u post about this cables problem (especialy on dct 3 phones) to remind your coustmers about this little detail.
i am sure they will understand that u just tried to earn some more money. or do they

PS. Sollution to get read once and for all from this "SF" adaptor is in this section. picture attached too. people who got bored to see their twister not working can use it at their own risk but i bet they will be verry satisfied afterwards.

Best regards,
Alin

I`ve seted FAID 10x , but nothing the Mobile Phone has the same Problem !!!
I've connected with normal MBus Cable to the Phone and use KNOK Software to make a Full Factory Reset and the Problem was solved.

I think the Twister Software has an Error, the Software can't make a Full Factory Reset.
The problem with reseting was solve by using a other Software (KNOK) and a normal M-Bus Data Cable.

But Thanks for help !!!

Blaming Saras ? You get it wrong, don't be so funny man. Grown person as you should understand my words. I have here Tornado and Twister, i use SAME software and SAME cables, only problem is CHEAP and BAD extension cable and plastic adaptor. (8 pin UTP connector can't fit properly, 10 pin UTP is ok)
Each adaptor need reworking, or there is no chance to boot/detect phone.
It's a shame that this part which is cost less than 1 usd causing problems to this very good designed box and software. I hope you'll understand this, this is nothing against you, this is friendly advice. Do something with this adaptor, and your customers wil have less problems.

Because of this CHEAP component, DCTx software fails while connected on twister, which is not case with Tornado.

@MisterGsm. . .
There is NOTHING wrong with software.

Saras WANTED THIS ADAPTOR !!! and not me. I just did what he said. He is using exact same one and he have no problems.

Alinus sometimes i ask myself how far can go your stupidity?!
I am really confused, you either don't konw the meaning of the word GREEDY
or you are really totaly stupid.

The plastic adaptor have nothing to do with GREEDY.
