But i say if support is down and doesnt care about customer, what do u want to say? i update dongle to latest one or i use latest dongle soft, no luck, what are you, product supporter? |

Member: 25996 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 228 | Twister team has nothing to do with support right now. Current support is same as JAFs which is still down and for which you paid to JAF team/Raskal. Original twister support was also maitanted by Raskal on old, rather slow server and doesn't exist any longer. Twister is still great tool and actually i prefere it much more than JAF even if they're updating is so slowly |

Member: 53791 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | Yeah twisterbox is sweet... But right now praising the box is like saying "My ferrari runs like a dream" in the middle of a petrol shortage.. No matter how good the hardware is, if it is not supported by good support and software it will be nothing.. The realistic answer to the slow support is that like someone else says inthis thread...Everyone has a twister/ufs box and thus they are making no money on the support they give now..That is why they came up with the HWK...Sadly it seems that it did not sell much...in my opinion because it was priced to high and this lead to the twister/ufs team not feeling any obligation / monetary incitement to keep developing the software... They may tell you that support is not dead but at the rate they are updating the software now it is the same as it being dead... Take an example....Usb-smart cost a fraction of a HWK and if you pay a little more you get samsung module....This module has Z series support...Twister still does not have Z series support even though they wanted 200 USD for the HWK to insure that future updates were there.. Alot of people have lost faith in twisterbox because of slow updates.. My opinion... Twister box is dead....HWK was never alive... Nokia support - JAF is muc better. Samsung - Poor support, even usb-smart has more phone models. SE - Setool and Cruiser ... I would never dare rely on ufs alone for these unlocks. Lg_GSM - Vygis is much better...AND there is a cracked version of vygis..so why pay for HWK ... Motorola - Are you kidding....3 years ago they promised that support for newer phones was almost finished... Motorola is still less than 5 phones supported...AND motorola module for usb-smart is much cheaper. Twisterfan |

Even customer like me wud like to pay for support. Is there any support site for All nokia and SE phone for Saras box that I can access by paying? I have SE cruiser, for nokia which box is really good? JAF? i m going to Sell my twister to newbie unlocker with two dongle ofcourse no promising of support |
