hi,

my samsung galaxy s4 failed every time I launch it. It gives me a black screen and Warning camera failed message pop up. When I do multi test by dial *#7353#, the front camera is OK but the back camera is black.

I already replaced the back camera with a good one but I still have a same problem. please help.....

Are you using a custom Rom? if so what rom are you using?

Do u do root to this phone? If yes just reflash it and wii be ficed

thank you very much for responding. I bought this phone used and I used odin to install it back to original firmware but still has the same problem. now, I updated to 4.3 and still not work.
