Charging problems S10e - GSM-Forum

I have S10e who dont charge.First when I try to charge I receive message with umidity has detected.So I try software and didnt work so I change to usb socket.After that I receive message with temperature is too low and phone dont charge until the temperature returns to normal......
So can anybody help me?

Today I solve the problem.For umidity the problem was the charging port.If u have same problem u must change that port.For temperature problem the solution was to close the phone with the wireless charging in screw.So I try to charge phone without that cover and phone give me message all the time that not charging because the temperature is too low...So this is my solution
