D410 No sound when Closed!!?? Why?


Hi at all,

I've a D410 that when is closed and receive a call, not sound! But when is open yes! Why?

I've try to flash but nothing! What I do?

Any solutions please!

Replace ribbon cable that connects the two parts of the handset

its the same ribbon on the E800

dear that is not from flat or flash that from the eprom try with it by eprom
ust if do not work it must be the eprom hardwear

D410 and E800 soft cable is not the same... tested by me.

This problem come from demage flat cable 100%...
just change cable and your problem will be solved,

yea d410 e800 not the same just change the cable also had one and working good now
