D500 Strange problem, need help, if you can. - GSM-Forum

hi, i have a d500 and some keys dont work(up and donw, key, right select key and up volume and camera key) i allready change the flex cable, still the same and i hev allready made full reset to the software. i made a software upgrade and it the same...

but the most strange on all this is, the fact of the keys that dont, work, they just work in the camera mode, and sometimes on the sms editor, whem the keys dont work, if i insist to many times on this keys the phone block, and restart.

help

Had a similar problem and i shorted the battery which is on the main board and after.....it worked 100%

It is stupid, but in my case after long time hard work at last i clean board underneath, and all was OK. Also side keys sometime block up in down position, and in this case block whole keyboard. Sometimes this is helpful.
