Samsung V200 "pause by temperature repair"


Hello, please i would like to know how to repair a samsung V200 that automatically stops charging in few seconds, whenever it is placed on charge, and a write-up is displaced - "pause by temperature".

I had the same problem. I reflew U101 (near Sim holder) with flux, and I solved the problem. If it didn't work, replace LTRG or P20D.

Please, can you simplify it a bit.
Reflow U101 a circuit near by the sim holder with flux (it is something to make better jonction)
Replace LTRG it is a component with 6 legs near by sim holder... You must know litle bit electronic... Expensive phone.. try on something cheaper

rob flux on ic ,press down and heat leg with soldering iron,u may damage if u use workstation ****er

i have solved a ot of pause by temperature all u just have to do is look for the u100 i.c or u101 and apply some plus or solderibg paste on it and u gat ur problems solved

@segun, u shld know the difference between u100 and u101. u need to be specific with your suggestion. The ideal solution is to change U100.

U100 is the IC next to Sim Card. legs are all around. too many

Use soldering iron only. follow all the legs all around the U100
