does anyone have a service manual / diagram / schematics for s5 neo (g903f)? I need an ic near display connector (MU003 602DP5 1538YXZ) and i don't now where to find one....

ic is what you get on samsung sm-A310M = U500

I got a dead s5 Neo. is that the power management IC? and if i replace it would it make the phone work?
