Galaxy S3, microphone does not work and neither the phone, but the voice recorder fun
 

I have a samsung S3 very young, that does not work the audio and microphone during calls, but when I use the voice recorder or any application needing the microphone works perfectly. I did a software update (via wi-fi) but not solved. I hope some of you hint.

Nobody had a problem similar to mine?
