it is very long step... but if you have new emmc it is easy and some box
z3x, octopus samsung or spt this for rebuild imei

No need jtag only need direct emmc and you can use to write and read with atf or easy jtag

Can anyone help me how can I make sd card for i9300 . I need files and procedure how to make sd card . I have flash chip change but I can not boot . Phone not go in download mode.
