I8320 show charging without charger

i have a Samsung I8320 , it has charging fault the mobile is showing charging it self without charger , i have change charging block and also check it without block but same problem , plz tell me how can i fix it

type *#7284#
select "USB Configuration" after select "USB-PDA Chip" then touch on "Select" and "Back"
If self charging not stoped, then again type *#7284#
select "UART Configuration" then select "UART-PDA Chip" then touch on "Select" and "Back"
