Samsung S5830 charging fault required. I have already changed the charging port but not working.any solution

Same problem for me, everything is allright, good tinned no ports but still not charging, i think the pinout inside conector is wrong because whe i plug the charger when the phone is powered off it gets on but doesnt recognize the charge and sourrounding components get hot. Help please!!

I think the i9000 connector is different that s5620 and s5830, is right this???
