Samsung J320 Screen flickering

I run a mobile service shop and recently i had a lot of problems with samsung j3 2016 series, the screen will flciker sometimes it seperates the screen in two halfs verctical and horizontal. I have tired flashing, changing screens but same thing. When i measure with multimeter in diode mode on lcd connector on board, pins that are for image give me values such as 0.550V +/-. Healthy mainboards has the values of 0.420V. I have checked the circuit with multimeter and i think the circuit ends in processor. So the question is if there are any possible way to not reball the cpu but just grind it like iphone 6 error 9 .
