first check if volume keys not pushed

second remove varistors z800-802-801 near this buttons see c200 schematics

if same prob remove all varistors on keypad board v801......v815

varistor has one side connected to ground

i have c200 that all keyboard not working, i removed all varistor but still prob the sam,

only power key power on the phone and not power off .
