Samsung i9300 safemode problem

IS IT HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEM.

The phone goes into safe mode if u press the "menù" sub key during power...
Restart the phone, and everything will work correctly...

If the phone turns on in safe mode again, it probably has a problem on the menu button...

menù button is the left-bottom key...

check the volume down button.

the phone put itself in safe mode to protect itself, it does that when an app is malfunctioning so check any new apps that you may add to the phone.

Already flash with 4.1.3 and efs repair also done same problem

Use *#0*# code to test the sub-key

first check for volume flex if not solves then do this.......... check this.....
