Samsung S7562 continue restarting about 3 second
Not entering recovery mode or Download mode
just auto restarting continue
I remove wifi ic but same result

It's not problem of touch screen
It's also not go into download or recovery mode

Bro Scion is right. Remove touch screen and check if still same then reflash it without touch. It will be done.
