Clean the lcd cable terminations or replace it.
That cost about 7 dollars.

I also have this problem on a T530. It had a partial short to GND, but managed to eliminate . However, because of the pcb layout being incomplete (without the component name), I cannot figure which are the nominal values for the components I need to replace. Can someone share the pcb layout, please, but this time with complete names?

I will come back with pictures
