Member: 3081 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | U have to be very careful with those varistors, is posible that u mised one.Don't clean the volule keys just complete remove them the same with the micro. Try also a full flash but not the ones u find on twister suport, but a full flash copied with optiflash, tough i don't think is a software problem. No key pad has to be shorted to ground, if one of them is shorted then u've mised a varistor 100%.Take a service manual and check the keypad diagram see there how many varistors should be removed. I had few phones like this but i fixed them all by removing varistors or mic replace.Now i have no time to check but as i remember some of the samsung models have some diodes by the volume keys, also grounded, check if this one has and remove those also or replace.
