Samsung U600 Weird Touchpad Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi my U600's touchpad has a weird problem. It lights up and when a button is touched it blinks but it does not perform any action.

All the other parts of the phone work fine e.g. LCD, bottom keypad, side buttons etc.

It's just the touchpad, when touched it doesn't do anything, so I can't get into the menu, answer calls etc.

Any help guys?

Yeah... I have same problem with u and still no solution yet...

Have tried reflash but problem still remain.

I have semilar problem,

I did replace flex tape, touch pad and even LCD. I did full flash this U600
Board works fine in other U600.
But in its own housing and LCD, when power one, everything works, till I slide the phone down and back up, the touchpad do not respond anymore

I have semilar problem,

I did replace flex tape, touch pad and even LCD. I did full flash this U600
Board works fine in other U600.
But in its own housing and LCD, when power one, everything works, till I slide the phone down and back up, the touchpad do not respond anymore

You must change the lcd and put the adapted one with your phone, this problem appears on U600(B) (black and gold one or grey one ..but not on blue one.
You must find an adapted lcd.
Post result.

yes,YOUSSEF1975 is right...i have same problems with 3 x U600 in my lab last week,it`s was gold and black U600,you need adapted MB and LCD...
