t100 lcd back light problem - GSM-Forum

hey guys, i have a samsong t100 no light on the small external lcd,
some on e pls help,

TESTED with another LCD and backlight works ok. cable is ok as well! So problem must be from old LCD!

Any solution anyone?

i have same prob.. the lcd ok.. tested on other phone...flex is ok.. no keypad and no lcd back light.

I've solved many phones with similar problem. Just look 2 contacts behind the LCD for the loght. 1) Resolder that 2) An Inductor near it can be fault. resolder it.

Hello,
remember that you don't have bulb on the small screen,look out for the reflector two leg which you need to resolder or change,the resoder other components around.

don't know about T100 but on A800 jump pin 1 and pin 8 on the ic thats on the flex.
