Where to find Q500 this i9100 mainboard?

The Q500 is where,this type of motherboard?
Because it is a qvarc .....

from the picture you show is not the same as the GT-i9100 real ....?
samsung gt-i9100 types there are 3 kinds:
1. gt-i9100
2. gt-9100G
3. gt-9100P

number 2 and 3 until now its pcb lay out there .... please in his check whether samsung gt-i9100P or i9100G

Q500 is silicon fet .... you can get from samsung (if GT-i9100):
1. P7300 = TF700
2. S5260 = Q401
3. E2152 = Q400
4. S3850 = Q500

Okay ... but I know the schematic diagram.:)
I also know that there are 3 model .....
Only it is not clear that one can see in the picture? G or P??

Spotted near U504 and in my eyes there is,and no other Fet on the
motherboard!
I switched them to no avail:Q500,U504,C566...the problem was, no charge!
And when the charger plugged in. turn on the phone!
What else is the problem:confused::confused:

I do not understand why you ask that /U504 SS6000GQW / IC-POWER SUPERVISOR/....and if,so what?:)
I changed it too!
