X620 charging problem
 

I have samsung x620. After 1 minute of charging it shows fully charged. When I power on the mobile it work for only 5 seconds and then hangs. What is the exact solution? Help urgently please!

another battery, same problem? if yes, pls check: phone---multimeter(amper mode)---battery
