2618 keypad problem


hi

I have 3 units 2618 with the same keypad problem : the 4 upper bottoms is not working and it is not film problem anyone face this problm before ?

Clean your PCB. Is it a water damage?
Search for visible line breaks on keypad size. Use microscope or magnifier, these lines are very small!

If lines are OK, rehot or reball CPU!

hi there the problem with the 2628/2618 is the membrane which caused this clean the pcb and then change the membrane this will elliminate the problem u having.

it is not the membrane I replaced it...the upper 4 bottom only is not working

It must be broken line on keypad somewhere. Take a carefull look!
