I have a S500i with a strange problem!
It turned off after sending a file via bluetooth.
I flash it with SE tools with no problem, but it power up for just 2~3 times, and takes about 3mins to boot.
after 2~3 times when I press power button it vibrates once and doesn't boot at all. and it consumes 0.08A in this mode!
When I flash it again, it will work semi fine for 2~3 times again, but it fails again after that!
What is the problem and what is the solution?

the buzzer not sound i change the flex and the tablet logic not send sound any repair pleas?

i think that your flash chip is damaged and you should change and do empty fill with setool.
