please advise as i have a dead k800i with nothing on it. no details of any version or CDA.

how do i bring it back to life and what do i need to do... in simple english please.

mate, what box are u using? if u have cruiser jst follow d procedure: attach d phone then upon reading there are 3 items highlithen under flash, EROM,
arm and fs, what u will do is click d EROM(repair erom), then ur phone will alive again, tested by me using cruiser 11.06, (no log required) kindly try this solution

Flash the Original ARM Filet it had Mate.

hey sorry for being so dumb but how do i do that and where do i find the original arn info,,, where do i get the download.

From Support Mate or you can Flash+Unlock=1 Log. All procedures are Sticky on SE Tool Forum.

ok again sorry for beiong dum... but from the info i got from the SETOOL read what version firmware would i need to download. can i use the newest CID 49 firmware on it?

or tell me how please. ive read the post and im confused.
