K750i keypad

My keypad on my excellent phone has decided to stop working.

The top left and right selection key, clear and back key are all not working. The centre menu key works however??

Additionally the play/pause key on the left outer case is also not working.

Can someone help me to correct this problem please.

most certainly looks like a hardware problem maybe slight water/moisture seepage in the keypad ic but try software solution first try flashing your phone with a very stable flashing device please read all flashing posts for your model before taking ur phone for flashing.

after that if problem persists please post

will be glad to help
