Ericsson 2628 power off an on periodicaly


I have an 2628 witch power off by itself and back on by itself after 2 hours or 2 minutes
is not an rule when he wants to poer off and back on.
No water in phone
Whitch is power ic??

Anyone know solution for this?

10x man
problem solved

No it was not from RF IC
I just heated pcb from down side and now problem is gone

This phone had power off on constantly and sometimes blocked in standby or unable to power on

10x for info

Yea very familiar problem to me !!! You have bad soldering balls on CPU !!! For exsample sometimes phone get very lazy ( to slow ) and somethimes as in your expirience turn on and off !!! With slow demo at booting up !!! Am I right !!!
