my w810 is coming on set, then i conect setool, didnot finish flash prosses then set is dead,
then i reconcet software but the set donot conect see tool, i will check comport,usb,box,& phone usb adapter they r ok, change usb adapter in phone (charging port or pc suit port) reconect but not conect, then i cleening to ctc, & heet the bord (lightly heet). reconect software, no change what will i do thanks 4 advance

use full charge battery or use dc power supply

then check with setool

Use Com cable * Full charege Batt Mate then post log.
