Hi

How to Calibration Sony Xperia ST21i tipo ?

Download this file and install !!
Then open it and click on Calibration and finish.

Now Calibration your phone is OK.

I tested that solution and another apk linked below, both methods solved st21 dual touch problem.

work on any android phone .
but i test it on st21i and st21i2
