K700 water damaged now lcd is doing work properly but Lcd led are not working . How can I make to lights the Led's plz guide

plz check track , and make jamper if u feel need

i have here sony ericson k700 no display,lcd is ok coz i already try it...is it posible that it is a software problem?...plz help.....
