can any one help me on my problem when i put the sim card the phone hang

pls let me know how ur phone hang? if ur phone hang when select language then i have a solution pls try tis. remove the two cab beside the bluetooeh ic( just take off) good luck

i already remove the two cap that you show me but still hans when i choose the language do i have to flash the after i remove the two cao
