As suggested above, keypad IC needs changing, picture available at the link below which could have been found easy with search option.

If you cant do it yourself let me know, will change it for you.

Cheek keyboard line bust be connect with board,if missing change connector or make jumper

how about including volume keys are not working and power button won't work after on, the only button working are 4 and 5.....

Just change keypad ic nothing to do.Use bb5 25 pins ic. Tested by me.Don't forget to click Thanks button.
