try to change lcd, if not work check the lcd connector on pcb.

yes use hot air gun for remove it and thin solder to fix new one
care fully ..........need good hardwere experiance.....

Hello
Best way for this work is Infra-red set.
other way is upper post that explain it for you with Hot air and iron soldering set.
