K800 keypad problem - GSM-Forum

hello all.
i have a strange problem with K800 , keys 1 and 6 not work

and when push button 3 phone power off like pushing power on/off button .
i hope any will help

You should clean the contacts on the keyboard,
Otherwise, the supply of heat to a component,

its 100% keypad ic foult chang keypad cristal ic its worked for me.

There is no keypad ic on K800i !
SECURITY EFUSE is modulated into MARIKA CPU DB2021

yes thats right,mailfunction of keypad because cpu problem.

Max_B say correctly for db2020 r no keypad ic all directly go cpu ic......

change new key foil flex, the flex keyboard (one ore more line circuit) had been broken.

Emilio you have solved this problem ? In my case phone turn off when i press 9 :P
